Expanding the Recreation Quarter and Training Grounds can help you a get a 'Perfect' score in cooking, doing chores, and training units.

To expand facilities, you need to gather the right materials first.These are usually obtained by completing side missions and visiting Survey Spots. When you have the materials ready, go to the facility you want to expand or go to the Facilities Master to expand a facility.
