Produce can be bought from the Item Shopkeeper at the Base Camp. They have a limited stock just like all other items but the shopkeeper restocks every beginning of a new chapter.
Aside from buying from the shopkeeper, you can also sell him your items so you can get extra gold!
You can also get produce every time you battle! Successfully finishing a battle will give you a set of assorted rewards that can include produce. The higher rank you get in a mission, the better your rewards will be.
How to Get S Rank in Every Mission
From what we have gathered, it seems the only use for Produce is cooking. It is still unknown if the produce itself can be gifted to another unit.
To cook a meal, simply head to the Recreation Quarter and talk to the Kitchen Master. Select from a variety of meals tthat can cook and share it with other units to increase support levels!
