Most items can be bought from the Item Shopkeeper at the Base Camp. All items have a limited stock but they'll be replenished at the start of a new chapter.
Aside from buying from the shopkeeper, you can also sell him your items so you can get extra gold!
You can also get items every time you battle! Some of them can be picked up as you do the mission, while others can be rewards after finishing a battle. Try to get an S Rank in every battle to get better items!
How to Get S Rank in Every Mission
Another way of getting items is through Survey Spots. These areas can be unlocked after finishing a side mission on the war map.
Some survey spots only need to be visited before you can get an item as a reward while others need you to make a choice, pay gold, or meet a certain condition before you can be rewarded with an item.
A number of items can also be obtained as rewards after you reach a certain number of achievements. You can claim your rewards from the Reward Master at the camp.
List of All Achievements and Awards
Stat-Boosting items can be bought with renown at your personal quarter. Anna also offers these items in exchange for gold instead of renown.
Some items, like ores and materials, can be obtained by trading with the Supply Master. The number of ores that you can get from battles can be low so make sure to check in with the Supply Master often and trade your smithing stones for ores and materials.
