Maybe it changes all the time? Because it was also A for me. A said, C is lying. B said, A is lying. C said, he is telling the truth. As there can be only one true statement it's A. Because if C was right, B would be right as well. Same as when B is right, as C would be right too. But if A is right, B and C are wrong. Thus A was correct for me.
