There is a lift just behind the shy guy stalls on the east side, hidden behind some bushes.
How do you get to the one under the Hot/Cold Water spa? I see it but haven't found the way to get there.
There are 5 Not-Bottomless holes in Shangri-Spa. The final one not depicted here is found left of the set of stairs right before entering Bowser's Castle. It'll be to the left of the fallen Toad statue in that area.
