Winter Soltina is a Crimson buffer that can give 15% ATK buff and 30% ACC to an ally with the highest ATK, and has [Fainted] debuff, self-dispel, and self-SPD buff. She is especially useful for Emerald and Crimson allies.

She Works Well Even at One Merge

If you want to use her for her 15% ATK and 30% buff, you may only need one copy of her. That buff also comes with 1 physical attack equal to Winter Soltina's ATK to 5 random enemies.

However you may need to get multiple copies so that she can wield her UW and improve her ATK buff from +15% ATK to +30% ATK.

For Emerald and Crimson Teams

In case you run an Emerald or Crimson team, she can be an optional buffer that can enhance your main carry's ATK. She can be especially useful for characters like Cordie.
