Should You Pull for Summer Sabrina?
If You Want an Emerald Debuffer Support
Summer Sabrina's main value to a party is, despite her Warrior typing, a debuffer that can inflict guaranteed Faint on enemy tanks while also lowering their resistance against critical hits. In case she is defeated, she still has a guaranteed chance to inflict Faint on the witch that attacked her.
Needs At Least One Copy to Work
If you only intend to use her as a support, having one copy of Summer Sabrina will be sufficient for your purposes. If you plan to use her as a DPS, she needs to go all the way to LR rarity to make full use of her kit.
However, we do not recommend getting her to LR at this time as the damage she deals with her attacks is generally a lot lower than even other Emerald soul units (though her second active skill can deal decent damage due to it being a multi-hit attack).
If You Want Her Arcana
If you happen to have normal Sabrina at LR, getting Summer Sabrina there unlocks their Arcana, Delphinus's Banner, for all characters. This gives them a STA buff (Character Level x 30) and CRIT DMG Boost buff (10%), which can be great when you're looking for more Arcanas to unlock with immediate benefits.
When Not To Pull For Summer Sabrina
You Don't Need a Faint Support Unit
Many other witches can do what Summer Sabrina can do without being as rare as she is. Even starting players already have Faint debuffers like Soltina, though Summer Sabrina's Faints are guaranteed.
But if you think you're already covered in this department, there isn't much reason to get Summer Sabrina.
