Attacker and Executor

Cerulean Tempest	Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Deals 1 physical attack equal to 350% of her ATK to 4 random enemies. This skill takes the enemy with the highest remaining HP percentage among the targets of the physical attack, and inflicts［Fainted］on them for 1 turn (if all targets of the physical attack have already been defeated, the infliction of［Fainted］will not activate).
	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The number of turns of［Fainted］becomes 2.
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) Additionally, before dealing the physical attack, decreases all targets’ chance to resist a critical hit by 40% for 4 turns.

If Sabrina deals a critical hit, this skill’s remaining attacks are guaranteed to also deal critical hits. If Sabrina deals 4 or more critical hits, this skill takes the enemy with the lowest remaining HP percentage among the targets of the physical attacks, dispels 1 of their buffs, and deals 1 physical attack equal to 400% of Sabrina’s ATK to them (if all targets of the physical attacks have already been defeated, the physical attack and the dispelling of the buff will not activate).
	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) Additionally, each time an enemy is defeated by this skill, the number of additional attacks it deals increases by 1 (5 total additional attacks max).
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The number of buffs that are dispelled becomes 2.
	Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The additional attack’s damage becomes equal to 600% of her ATK.

Summer Sabrina's main difference from normal Sabrina is that she can now inflict the Faint debuff on her enemies, as well as decrease their CRIT Res with her skill 'Cerulean Tempest'. Her second skill, Ultramarine Requiem, also gives her the ability to dispel buffs depending on how many critical hits she's done, before executing the enemy with the lowest HP.

Inflicts 'Faint' On Enemies Upon Defeat

	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) Additionally, at the start of the battle, increases her chance to hit by 40% (cannot be dispelled).
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The chance to inflict［Fainted］becomes 100%.

If she gets defeated, Summer Sabrina will be able to inflict Faint on the enemy that did her in, on top of an ACC buff. This should give your party some time to take out the enemy before they attack again.

At Level 3, Sabrina's passive, 'Soaring Desire', increases both her HP and DEF by up to 40% and 100% respectively, which could increase her survivability in battle.

Give Summer Sabrina PM. DEF Break, SPD, CRIT RES, and EVD Runes

For Summer Sabrina, she'll need PM. DEF Break runes as well as ATK, ACC, and SPD Runes. For defensive runes, go for CRIT and Debuff RES runes, as well as EVD and HP runes.

Summer Sabrina would do well as a secondary attacker and debuffer for your team, inflicting Faint on your enemies so they become open to attacks from your main attacker. Primavera or another unit that can boost Summer Sabrina's SPD would be useful to have on the party as well.

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) “Pierce the sea and sky!” yells Sabrina as she swiftly thrusts her blade, leaving the enemy with no time to even catch their breath. Deals 1 physical attack equal to 350% of her ATK to 4 random enemies. The summer breeze then turns violent, robbing the enemy of their consciousness. This skill takes the enemy with the highest remaining HP percentage among the targets of the physical attack, and inflicts［Fainted］on them for 1 turn (if all targets of the physical attack have already been defeated, the infliction of［Fainted］will not activate). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The number of turns of［Fainted］becomes 2. The sharp summer breeze then cuts through the water and chases the enemy down.
