Yes, Pull for Her As Attacker/Debuffer

Fenny offers a good mix of offensive and supportive capabilities. She can deal high single-target damage with her Magic Permeator skill, disrupt enemy buffs, and potentially increase her survivability with her passive skills. While some of her best effects require leveling, her base kit skill provides valuable utility.

Get Multiple Copies

If you want to use her as a debuffer, you will initially only need SR+ for her skills to work. This rarity level increases the number of turns for effects like [Buff Immunity] and [Decreased Chance to Inflict a Debuff]. At level 101, Fenny can have the chance to inflict [Erosion] at 70%.

However, getting her to LR with her Unique Weapon, M260 Demon Buster, would bring the damage of [Erosion] to 50% of the Magic Permeator's total damage.

If you want to use her as an attacker, get her to UR so that her damage increases with the skill multipliers. Her Unique Weapon at UR increases the max HP for allies with the lowest SPD.

When you get Fenny her Unique Weapon at UR, then you are giving Fenny the skill to increase the max HP of 2 allies with the lowest SPD other than Fenny by 30% and it cannot be dispelled. If you want to get more HP for your allies, Fenny can give that to those with lower SPD.

By awakening Fenny to the highest rarity, you unlock her most potent skills and significantly enhance her performance. Awakening to LR means maximizing [Buff Immunity], enhancing debuff reduction, increasing damage output, and applying stronger [Erosion] effects.
