Kyouka Suigetsu	Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Increases the chance to deal a critical hit of all allies by 20% for 2 turns. Afterwards, this skill deals 1 magical attack equal to 280% of Kaguya’s ATK to 5 random enemies.
	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) Additionally, before dealing the magical attack, increases all allies’ critical hit damage by 20% for 2 turns.
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 380% of her ATK.

Kaguya enhances all her allies' critical chance and critical damage by 20% for 2 turns. This alone warrants Kaguya a spot in a lot of rosters as some of the game's strongest DPS carries rely on crits to win, like Florence and Cordie. On top of that, this skill deals a good amount of damage to 5 random enemies as well.

	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) The number of turns of [Decreased PM. DEF Break] and [Decreased ATK] becomes 4.
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) The amount the target’s PM. DEF Break decreases by becomes 50%, and the amount their ATK decreases by becomes 20%.

	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) The targets of this skill become 5 random enemies.
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) Additionally, before dealing the magical attack, if a target is afflicted with a debuff, the magical attack’s damage to that target is multiplied by 1.5.

When upgraded, Kochou-no-Yume deals a good amount of magical damage to 5 random enemies, which is amplified by 1.5 times whenever she targets a debuffed enemy. Having an AOE debuffer like Cordie on her team can enable Kaguya to consistently deal high amounts of damage with this ability.

Kaguya herself has a debuff with her Princess of Dreams skill that has a 70% chance to affect an enemy that inflicted a debuff on her. While this may not trigger as often as other targeted debuffs would it's still nice to have as it reduces an enemy's DEF Break and ATK, two of the most important stats for attackers.

Her Counter’s damage becomes equal to 200% of her MAG. At the start of each turn or when Kaguya is attacked, if her remaining HP percentage is below 100%, [Counter Shift] is dispelled. At the start of the battle, this skill also grants Kaguya [Shield] equal to 200% of her ATK for 4 turns (cannot be dispelled).
	Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) Her Counter’s damage becomes equal to 300% of her MAG.
	Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The size of [Shield] becomes equal to 400% of her ATK.

Kaguya's The Majestic Moon skill temporarily grants her the Counter-Shift status at the start of battle, which deals 300% of her MAG as damage whenever she's attacked. It also grants her a shield equal to 400% of her ATK stat. This skill lasts for 4 turns, but will be dispelled if Kaguya's HP goes below 100%. This skill is a strong counter against characters who perform lower-damage attacks in high volume, since Kaguya would be able to counter often.

Increase Kaguya's MAG, ATK, and CRIT With Runes

Your abilities scale with your MAG and ATK, so look to improve those stats with runes. CRIT runes will also work well, as this would synergize well with her own CRIT buff. Finally, consider adding PM. DEF Break runes as well to improve Kaguya's offensive capabilities even more.

For defensive runes, Kaguya could benefit greatly with EVD runes as this may help her stay at 100% HP at the beginning of the fight. HP, CRIT RES, and Debuff RES runes are also good with helping her overall survivability.

Florence CRIT Team (PvE)

When Florence lands her CRITs, she deals some of the biggest damage in the game. Kaguya will enhance Florence's CRIT chance and CRIT damage while Merlyn will enhance her CRIT chance further, drastically improving Florence's chances of annhilating the enemy team with multiple hard-hitting attacks. Soltina would also benefit from Kaguya's team-wide CRIT buff, as it makes it more likely for her to inflict Sleep on a target. Kaguya would deal decent chunks of damage as well against the targets Primavera, Soltina, or Kaguya herself hit with debuffs. Finally, Primavera will buff the team's ATK and SPD, inflict Fainted on opponents, and deal decent damage as well.

Later into the game, Cordie turns into one of the best debuffers capable of reducing the entire enemy team's DEF by 80% while still dealing significant damage to opponents. The DEF reduction debuff willl often strike first and will make opponents take more damage from Florence's CRITs and Kaguya's enhanced attacks. Both Florence and Cordie will start with at least a 40% CRIT chance buff from Merlyn and Kaguya, while Soltina does her thing by tanking and debuffing opponents.

Level 2 (Unlocks at UR rarity)
Strengthens The Majestic Moon. Her Counter’s damage becomes equal to 600% of her MAG. The size of［Shield］becomes equal to 800% of her ATK.

Level 3 (Unlocks at LR rarity)
Strengthens Kochou-no-Yume. The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 620% of her ATK.

Kaguya's exclusive weapon improves all aspects of her kit. At just level one, the weapon makes her CRIT buff lasts 4 turns instead of just two at level one, which gives her team a more opportunities to land strong enhanced crits. Her level 2 weapon doubles the strength of not just her shield, but her counter attacks as well. Finally, at level three, the weapon significantly boosts the AOE magic damage she deals with Kochou-no-Yume, her main damage skill.
