Rusalka is one of the limited SR characters that could be worth getting because of her ATK debuff and PM. Def Break buffs, on top of her ability to revive herself, then spam her skills for heavy damage. Being a Radiance Soul is also a plus since she can be paired with any team for synergy.

She can be a potential main attacker, but her setup is more elaborate than using a non-limited character. Overall, she's powerful but requires more planning to use. Also, awakening her requires more materials than other SR Characters.

She Works Well Even at One Merge

Her ATK debuff still makes her a good support even at low investment. Getting one Rusalka copy is enough since her ATK debuff is present in her active skills. Overall, she is a powerful SR character who can be good without much investment, but investing in her is worthwhile.

Pull if You Need an Attacker in PvP

Rusalka is a great attacker for PvP battles. She can weaken enemies' attacks (ATK debuff) and strengthen herself (PM. Def Break buff). When Rusalka's health is low (below 50%), her PM. Def Break buff gets even more potent.

Pull For Clearing Main Quest

Rusalka can debuff enemies' attacks (ATK debuff), buff her defense (PM. Def Break), and revive herself to deal heavy damage. She can be a strong attacker, but using her effectively is trickier than other witches. You'll need to defeat her in the first turn to activate her passive ability and then buff her attack on the next turn.
