Sunday and Fugue have been confirmed as 5-star characters, which means they will have their own banners when they release. Based on the order of their announcements, Sunday will likely be in Phase 1, while Fugue will be in Phase 2.
All Warp (Gacha) Banners Guide
Based on the Voice of the Galaxy Developer Notes, the Party Car is a new area that will be added to the Astral Express train in Version 2.7! The Party Car will include the Trailblazer's Room, which will also have interactive furniture.
