Is Yao Guang Worth Pulling?
Yao Guang is a great introduction to the Elation Path as she provides buffs that benefit both Elation and non-Elation units.
We recommend pulling for Yao Guang if you plan to pull for other Elation units in the future or have DPS units that consume SP, such as Archer.
Should You Pull for Yao Guang's Light Cone?
Yao Guang's Light Cone, When She Decided to See, provides the wearer SPD boost and Energy Regen. Yao Guang's Light Cone can also increase CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG when the wearer uses an Ultimate that targets party members.
While a great Light Cone to have for Yao Guang, it's not a must-pull if you have the 4-star alternatives available, such as Today's Good Luck or Mushy Shroomy’s Adventures.

As an Elation Support, Yao Guang's best Relic set is the Diviner of Distant Reach for the Elation buff it provides. You can also use a 2pc. SPD combination if you're still farming for her best relics.
For Yao Guang's Planar Ornament, Lushaka, the Sunken Seas is her best-in-slot since it provides Energy Regen and increases the ATK of the DPS.
How Much SPD Should Yao Guang Have?

Yao Guang should have at least 160 SPD to fully activate the Diviner of Distant Reach set, and for an optimal Elation boost from her Amaze-In Grace Bonus Ability.
You can also increase Yao Guang's SPD beyond 160 to get more Elation, but do keep Speed Breakpoints in mind for bonus turns. Prioritize getting Yao Guang's SPD built up first before any other stat.

Sparkle will be the best Support for this team since Sparxie will want to consume Skill Points for Punchlines. Permansor Terrae is the best Sustain unit for his ATK buffs and SP-friendly playstyle.

Yao Guang's Ultimate provides Punchlines to the team and gains an extra Aha instant turn. These buffs will affect the entire party.
Elation Skill Increases Damage Taken by Enemies
Yao Guang's Elation Skill applies Woe Lot, which increases the damage taken by all enemies. Yao Guang's Elation Skill also recovers a Skill Point when used.
Talent Provides Additional Elation DMG
Yao Guang can provide buffs to the team and allow attacks unleashed by any ally to deal additional Elation DMG. When an attack uses Skill Points, the damage dealt will be increased.
Technique Activates Zone
You can obtain Fortune Pouches when breaking destructible objects as long as Yao Guang is in the party.

Axel Estrada 11 daysI thought it was a typo, but I just got her and leveled her up. It does drop to 101, that's fucked up. With traces, it goes to 110. I don't think I've ever seen a character in an rpg whose stats go DOWN as they're being leveled up.
