Should I Pull for Cerydra?
Cerydra is a strong Support for DPS units that use mostly their Skill to deal damage. Her ability to help the DPS use their Skill twice and increase their Skill DMG does wonders to the DPS.
With that in mind, we only recommend pulling for Cerydra if you have DPS units like Phainon, Anaxa, or Feixiao. Otherwise, Cerydra can be skipped as she doesn't synergize well with units that don't use their Skill to deal DMG.
Should I Pull for Cerydra's Light Cone?
Cerydra's Light Cone, Epoch Etched in Golden Blood, can increase her own ATK and provide a huge Skill DMG buff to the ally she uses her Skill on. This also provides a nice quality-of-life change of gaining a Skill Point through the use of her Ultimate.
While nice to have for Cerydra, you don't need to pull for it to unlock her full potential. You use other Light Cones such as A Grounded Ascent, or even the free The Forever Victual Light Cone.
Instead, we recommend getting her E1 for the DEF shred, and faster Coreflame generation if you have Phainon.

Cerydra's best build involves having a large ATK stat and relics that buff the Main DPS. Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal can help Cerydra provide CRIT DMG to the buffed ally, while Lushaka, the Sunken Seas provides an ATK bonus to the ally positioned first.

Cerydra needs at least 4000 ATK to get the full CRIT DMG buff from her Veni Bonus Ability.
As for Cerydra's SPD, you only need to build 140 SPD to achieve the 160 SPD Breakpoint during combat thanks to her Vici Bonus Ability.

Cerydra is best used with a DPS that mainly uses Skill DMG and scale with ATK. Phainon is the best DPS to be paired up with Cerydra since a lot of his DMG during his Enhanced State is Skill DMG.
Teams with Cerydra will also need turn-advance units like Sunday or Bronya for faster Charge buildup. Huohuo is the best Sustain here since she can also buff ATK, and restore the energy of her allies.

Ultimate Builds Up Charge
Cerydra's Ultimate gives Charge stacks to her Skill's buff and deals damage to all enemies.
Skill Grants A Special Buff
Cerydra's Skill grants a special buff to an ally. When the buffed character uses their Basic ATK or Skill, they'll give Cerydra Charge to empower the buff.
Talent Duplicates Ally's Skill
Cerydra's Talent allows the special buff from her Skill to Charge. Once fully charged and leveled up, the buff allows the ally to duplicate their Skill once when they use it again.
Technique Grants Buff To Attacking Character
Cerydra's Technique grants her special buff to the character who triggers the battle when it starts.

Azuron 3 monthsUse the forever Victual - the free event LC I got to 4079 atk as e0s0 by using 1. Event LC 2. 7% atk substat on head 3. 7.7% atk on haands 4. Mainstat ATK% body 5. Mainstat ATK% boots 6. Mainstat ATK% sphere with 19 flat atk substat 7. Mainstat ATK% rope As you can see, I didnt roll flat ATK except for 1 piece but I still reached the 4k break point. You can do it too!
