Since everyone received a free copy of Dan Heng Permansor Terrae, this section mostly covers if his E1 is worth it or not. Permansor Terrae's E1 enhances him as a support and allows him to further boost the damage his Bondmate deals while also restoring SP.
Permansor Terrae's E1 makes him better as a support and is nice to have. However, it's not a must have since he's already a solid sustain character. Pull for his E1 if you want him to boost an ally's damage even further and if you need the SP recovery for a team.
How to Get Free Permansor Terrae
Permansor Terrae's Light Cone, Though Worlds Apart, is a nice upgrade that compliments his kit well but is ultimately not a must have. Its ability to heal and give damage boost cements Permansor Terrae's role of a support-sustain in the team but he can still function even without it.
Also, it's the only Preservation Light Cone that grants ATK, which is great for him but useless for other Preservation characters.

This Permansor Terrae build focuses on increasing his shield value while also dealing decent damage. Self-Enshrouded Recluse is his best-in-slot relic set and he will mostly use it as a 4-pc set.
It is an option to go 2-pc Self-Enshrouded Recluse when using him with the DoT team, who cannot make use of the CRIT DMG 4-pc buff. The other 2-pc set can be Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal or Messenger Traversing Hackerspace for the SPD%. If you have enough SPD from substats, you can opt for a 2-pc relic set that gives ATK%, to further boost his shield value and damage.
| Stat | Recommended Value |
|---|---|
| ATK | 3000 or above |
| SPD | 134 SPD |
For this build, the SPD recommendation is the standard 134 SPD or above so he can act at least twice in one cycle.
While he does not have a stat requirement in his Bonus Abilities, his ATK should ideally be 3000 or above for comfortable shields.
| Trace | Priority & Explanation |
|---|---|
| Basic Attack | ★★☆☆☆ - Low Priority You can save Permansor Terrae's Basic ATK for last since he uses his Skill more. |
| Skill | ★★★★★ - Highest Priority Upgrading Permansor Terrae's Skill increases the Shield amount and scaling, so make sure to maximize this. |
| Ultimate | ★★★★★ - Highest Priority Upgrading Permansor Terrae's Ultimate increases the damage and shield scaling. You should also upgrade this to the max. |
| Talent | ★★★★☆ - High Priority Upgrading Permansor Terrae's Talent increases the Shield amount and scaling, but prioritize this only after you max out his Skill and Ultimate since it's a smaller value compared to the two abilities. |
| Trace | Priority & Explanation |
|---|---|
| Sublimity | ★★★★☆ - High Priority This allows the Souldragon to provide a Shield for even more sustain and allows it to deal one extra instance of damage. |
| Sylvanity | ★★★★★ - Highest Priority This gives Permansor Terrae some Energy regen and allows him to immediately get the first turn thanks to the action advance. |
| Empyreanity | ★★★★★ - Highest Priority This allows Permansor Terrae's Skill to buff an ally's ATK based on his ATK, allowing them to deal more damage. |

Permansor Terrae's best free-to-play team has Dan Heng as his DPS unit. Permansor Terrae can comfortably provide team-wide shields while also providing Dan Heng ATK buffs along with Asta and Yukong's buffs.

Permansor Terrae
|
Permansor Terrae is best used in a team that focuses on a single DPS, due to him only having one Bondmate at a time. That Bondmate should ideally be able to take multiple turns within a cycle for Permansor Terrae's energy generation.
The supports must also have ways to make the team take multiple turns within a cycle to fully utilize this team.
| Alternative | Explanation |
|---|---|
The Herta | DPS/Support Replacement The Herta is a great alternative character due to her high AoE damage. However, she needs another Erudition character to activate her Bonus Ability so she might have to replace a Support in this team. |
Phainon | DPS Replacement Though his Coreflame generation won't be as optimal, Phainon is still a decent option due to him being able to bring the Souldragon for extra damage and sustain in his ultimate form. |
Cyrene | Support Replacement Cyrene can provide buffs to Permansor Terrae and other Chrysos Heirs from Amphoreus. |
Bronya | Support Replacement Bronya has the ability to advance forward a character as well as provide team-wide buffs, which is good for this team. |
Robin | Support Replacement Robin can advance forward the whole team while providing good team-wide buffs. |

Permansor Terrae
|
Permansor Terrae can work well with characters that deal DoT damage due to their ATK scaling. The only downside would be the fact that only one character can be his Bondmate when a DoT team usually consists of 2 or more DoT characters.
| Alternative | Explanation |
|---|---|
Black Swan | DPS Replacement Black Swan is a great DoT unit that can easily deal team-wide damage though she does not have DoT reactivation like Kafka and Hysilens. |
Sampo | DPS Replacement Sampo is a good budget DoT option due to his skill bounce. His ultimate also provides great support to other DoT units since it increases the DoT damage taken. |
Guinaifen | DPS Replacement Guinaifen is also a good budget DoT option due to her AoE skill and ultimate. |
Cyrene | Support Replacement Cyrene can provide buffs to Permansor Terrae and other Chrysos Heirs from Amphoreus. |
Ruan Mei | Support Replacement Ruan Mei provides a team-wide damage buff as well as a SPD buff. |
Pela | Support Replacement Pela's Ultimate can decrease enemy DEF. |
| Relics | Rating & Merits |
|---|---|
|
|
★★★★★ - Best Self-Enshrouded Recluse is Permansor Terrae's best Relic set since it lets him provide stronger shields while also boosting his team's CRIT DMG. |
|
|
★★★★☆ - Great Messenger Traversing Hackerspace or Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal can be used by Permansor Terrae as a 2-pc set option if he's in a DoT team, which can't benefit from Self-Enshrouded Recluse's CRIT DMG, and he's still lacking SPD to hit the next breakpoint. |
|
|
★★★★☆ - Great Any relic set that gives ATK% for its 2-pc set effect can be used by Permansor Terrae if he's in a DoT team, which can't benefit from Self-Enshrouded Recluse's CRIT DMG, and wants the extra ATK. |
| Ornaments | Merits |
|
|
★★★★★ - Best Lushaka, the Sunken Seas is the best ornament set for Permansor Terrae since it provides him Energy Regen while buffing the ATK of the character in the first position. |
|
|
★★★★☆ - Great Penacony, Land of the Dreams is also great for Permansor Terrae since it also provides Energy Regen. However, it only buffs allies of the same Element, which is Physical in this case, leaving few DPS options to work with. |
|
|
★★★☆☆ - Good Space Sealing Station can be considered for Permansor Terrae since it provides him extra ATK, which means stronger shields and more damage. |
| Light Cone | Why We Recommend It |
|---|---|
|
|
★★★★★ - Best Though Worlds Apart is Permansor Terrae's best Light Cone since it allows him to heal his team and buff their damage dealt on top of the bonus ATK it gives him. Since Permansor Terrae can easily give one of his allies a summon, the damage buff's extra condition can be met with little to no effort. |
|
|
★★★★☆ - Great Journey, Forever Peaceful is a decent alternative which lets Permansor Terrae give stronger shields while also increasing his allies' damage. |
|
|
★★★☆☆ - Good She Already Shut Her Eyes can be an option to consider if you're after the energy regeneration to maintain the uptime of Permansor Terrae's ultimate. |
|
|
★★★☆☆ - Good Moment of Victory can also be an option if you're using Permansor Terrae with Kafka due to her Bonus Ability granting her allies 100% ATK upon reaching 75% Effect Hit Rate. |
|
|
★★★☆☆ - Good Landau's Choice is one of the few 4-Star Preservation Light Cones that Permansor Terrae can effectively use. Its innate taunt and damage reduction lets him be an effective tank for the team. |
|
|
★★★☆☆ - Good Texture of Memories is Permansor Terrae's Free to Play (F2P) 5-Star Light Cone option. It can boost his own survivability since it lessens his damage taken as long as he has a shield, which is easily obtainable for him. |
| Light Cone | Base ATK (Lv. 80) |

| 687 | |

| 529 | |
| 529 | |
| 529 | |
| 529 | |
Due to Permansor Terrae being unable to benefit from the other Preservation Light Cones' effects, you can actually opt to use another Path's Light Cone as long as their ATK value is high since that is what his shield and damage will scale from.
| Why We Recommend It | |
|---|---|
| E1 | ★★★★☆ - Great The SP recovery can help ease SP usage while the RES PEN increases the Bondmate's damage dealt. |
| E2 | ★★★★★ - Amazing Best stopping point for spenders. The increased actions and damage for the enhanced Souldragon allows it to deal a ton of damage while also providing higher Shields. More actions means more attacks and depending on its Bondmate, can help them stack some of their abilities or passive Talents. |
| E4 | ★★★☆☆ - Good The damage reduction can help the Bondmate survive, but with Permansor Terrae stacking shields this provides less value overall. |
| E6 | ★★★★★ - Amazing The Bondmate gets a lot of damage amplification through DEF ignore and by increasing the DMG taken of all enemies. This is a massive damage boost for Permansor Terrae's Bondmate. |
| E1 | Shed Scales of Old When Dan Heng - Permansor Terrae uses Ultimate, recovers 1 Skill Point(s) and increases the "Bondmate's" All-Type RES PEN by 18%, lasting for 3 turn(s). |

| E3 | Bear Weight of Worlds Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10. |
| E4 | By Oath, This Vessel Is I Reduces the DMG taken by the "Bondmate" by 20%. |
| E5 | The Path of Permanence Sweeps Far Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. |
| E6 | One Dream to Enfold All Wilds When the "Bondmate" is on the field, increases the DMG taken by all enemies by 20%. When the "Bondmate" deals DMG, ignores 12% of the enemy targets' DEF. When Dan Heng - Permansor Terrae uses Ultimate, the "Bondmate" will deal Additional DMG of the Bondmate's Type to all enemies, equal to 330% of the Bondmate's ATK. |
