Is Cyrene Worth Pulling?
Cyrene is a Remembrance character that is focused on giving special buffs for Chrysos Heirs. On top of the special buffs, she allows the team to deal True DMG, gives them a teamwide DMG buff, and fully charges everyone's Ultimates on her first Ultimate.
With her Chrysos Heir buffs being a key feature, Cyrene works best with other Chrysos Heirs. They allow her to charge Recollection for her Ultimate efficiently and the unique buff for each Chrysos Heir is worth it and makes them stronger.
If you invested in the Chrysos Heirs and want them to perform better in future content, then Cyrene is worth pulling for!
Should You Pull for Cyrene's Light Cone?
This Love, Forever is gives Cyrene a much needed SPD boost due to how high her SPD requirement is. This allows Cyrene to get more turns which gives her more Recollection through her allies and actions. The Light Cone also gives her access to a Vulnerability debuff for her enemies and a teamwide CRIT DMG increase.
While the extra buffs are nice to have, the main reason you should be pulling for this Light Cone is the SPD bonus. If you have Memory's Curtain Never Falls and no one is using it, then it will work more than enough for Cyrene.

Cyrene is best built as a Support character for the party. She'll be using 2 pc. SPD relic sets to boost her own SPD for more turns. The more turns Cyrene gets, the more Recollection she can produce through Future stacks and her own actions.
This means she'll get to use her first Ultimate sooner. She also needs a lot of SPD for the extra teamwide DMG bonus. For Cyrene's Planar Ornaments, she can use Vonwacq since it will Advance her at the start of the battle. With enough SPD, she'll be able to do three actions in the first Cycle thanks to the Action Advance.

The priority stat for Cyrene is SPD. We recommend hitting 180 SPD to benefit from her Causality in Trichotomy Bonus Ability. With Vonwacq, you'll be able to hit three turns in the first wave, which allows Cyrene to immediately start her ramp-up.
If you can hit 200 SPD, then it's a better SPD breakpoint since Cyrene will get more turns, which means more Recollection stacks. After you hit your desired SPD breakpoint, you can focus on getting some CRIT Rate and HP for her.

Cyrene is best used on a team that consists at least two Chrysos Heir characters. Having Chrysos Heirs in the team increases the amount of Recollection she gains at the start of the battle, and also the Recollection she gets during battle.
This allows Cyrene to have an easier time charging her Ultimate. On top of the Recollection stacks, Cyrene also grants unique buffs to each Chrysos Heir which makes them a lot stronger.

Cyrene Gameplay Guide
Skill Summons a Zone that Provides True DMG
Cyrene's Skill summons a Zone that, when active, allows allies to deal additional True DMG to enemies when they attack.
Collect Recollection Points Through Ally Turns
Each time an allied unit takes their turn, they stack up Cyrene's Recollection Points. When there are at least 24 Recollection Points available, Cyrene can activate her Ultimate.
After using Cyrene's Ultimate for the first time, you can use it again when she has at least 12 Recollection Points.
Ultimate Buffs Cyrene and Her Allies
When Cyrene uses her Ultimate, she instantly activates the Ultimate of other allies. This enhances her Basic Attack to hit all enemies, and the Zone from her Skill will persist throughout the battle.
Using Cyrene's Ultimate will also summon her memosprite.
Cyrene's Memosprite Provides Two Kinds of Buffs
Each time Cyrene uses her Ultimate, her memosprite immediately takes action, and you can choose to buff any ally. If the target ally isn't a Chrysos Heir, they will receive a simple DMG buff.
If the target ally is one of the Chrysos Heirs, they will receive a buff that's unique to them.
Unique Buff to Chrysos Heirs
A Chrysos Heir targeted by the Cyrene's buff will receive a special buff to their kit. A Chrysos Heir's buff can last for the entire battle or it can refresh after the Memosprite Skill is used on them again.
Attack with Cyrene's Memosprite
Cyrene's Memosprite can also be used to attack all enemies. If different allies helped accumulate Recollection stacks, the attack will deal additional damage to one enemy.
This is best used when Cyrene has buffed all of the Chrysos Heir units, or if there are no buffs that need to be refreshed at the moment.
Technique Increases Party SPD
Cyrene's Technique provides a SPD Boost to all allies and allows her to create a Zone at the start of combat.
