The Bizarre Melody in Duomension City is located inside the Interplanar Jump! Difficulty III in the plaza area. Instead of exiting the stage when you arrive at the office area, make your way left and enter the portal to reach the Bizarre Melody.
Note: This Interplanar Jump can be accessed during The Discreet Charm of a Streamer Girl Trailblaze Mission.

Input the following commands to solve the puzzle: ⭡, ⭧, ⭩, ⭨, ⭢, ⭦, ⭣, ⭦.
This will transport you to a new stage where you can get another Treasure Chest containing 5 Stellar Jade and materials, as well as another puzzle to solve.
How to Solve the Duomension Heart Puzzle
Hop up the platform with the two levers and observe each heart piece. The heart pieces will visibly stop for a few seconds at the correct position as they move around.
Pull their respective levers when you see a piece stop to lock them in place and form a heart to reunite the two imagenae.
Solving this puzzle will award you the Arcadia Variation: Rabbit Hill Achievement worth 5 Stellar Jade.

The Bizarre Melody in Graphia Academy is located inside the Interplanar Jump! Difficulty III in the eastern hallway which you can access by heading south of the Student Dining Area Space Anchor. The Bizarre Melody is on a top platform near the end of the stage, right above the switch that opens the way to the exit.

Progress through the hidden stage until you reach the exit. Jump up to hit the switch to free the imagenae to solve the puzzle and receive the Arcadia Variation: Undine Achievement worth 5 Stellar Jade.

How to Solve the Dovebrook Switch Puzzle
Head up the green platform and jump up and hit the switch 3 times to reveal a question mark to solve the puzzle. You'll receive the Arcadia Variation: Hans the Hedgehog Achievement worth 5 Stellar Jade.
Note: If the Interplanar Jump is inaccessible, you may need to progress the current Trailblaze Mission to unlock it.

How to Solve the World's End Platforming Puzzle
This puzzle requires you to go through several platforming sections to reach the exit. To unlock the Arcadia Variation: Ghost Gondola achievement, you simply need to push the botton near the end of the stage.
The red treasure chest here also includes a Recluse's Refined Timepiece and 30 Stellar Jade.

How to Solve the Pearluxe Tower Computer Puzzle
This puzzle requires you to climb up the transparent platforms to reach the Window Control console at the top. After interacting with the console, drag the frame with the robot head over to the blank computer screen to solve the puzzle and get the Arcadia Variations: Tin Man achievement.

How to Solve the Lookout Cloud Station Button Puzzle
To solve the puzzle, you simply need to jump onto the red button to destroy the obstacles and start the train. This will set the Furbo Journalist free and unlock the Arcadia Variations: Shapeshifting Furbo achievement.

Bizarre Melody puzzles are music puzzles found in certain Interplanar Jump puzzles. By inputting the correct directional keys to play music, you unlock an additional area in the Interplanar Puzzle where you can solve another puzzle to unlock their respective Achievments.

After clearing the platforming section in the background, eight emotes will be revealed in a square at the leftmost part. Observe the order in which the emotes appear from left to right. Then play the notes that has the same position on the square of emotes.
