Cipher Release Likely in Version 3.3 Phase 2

Cipher was announced as an upcoming 5-star character on Honkai: Star Rail's official social media. Cipher will likely be released in Phase 2 of Version 3.3, which is expected to drop on June 11, 2025 (UTC-5)!

Ten Stonehearts from the IPC

The Ten Stonehearts are high-ranking IPC executives who work under the leadership of Diamond, head of the Strategic Investment Department. Topaz, Aventurine, and Jade are part of this group, which makes it likely that the rest might also become playable someday!

Amphoreus Characters

These characters from Amphoreus were announced in the 2.7 Livestream and have a striking resemblance to the Flame Chasers in Honkai Impact 3rd.

Screwllum is a Genius Society Member

Screwllum first made an appearance in Silver Wolf's Companion Quest, Punklorde Mentality. As a Genius Society member, he's worked together with Herta and Stephen Lloyd to create the Simulated Universe. It's still unknown if he'll officially become playable.
