According to the 3.2 Livestream, the Memories are the Prelude to Dreams Finality Mission will serve as a complimentary piece to the Penacony storyline.
This will contain storylines for the Inheritance War, Stellaron Hunters, the IPC, Masked Fools, and many other details missed in the main Trailblaze Missions of Penacony.
