Change via the Trailblaze Profile Menu

Honkai Star Rail - How to Change Namecard

In the Phone Menu, click on the ellipses button at the top right near your name and select the Trailblaze Profile to open your profile.

In your Trailblaze Profile, click on the ellipses button on the upper left side of your profile and select Namecard Settings to open the customization settings.
