How to Use Pets in Honkai: Star Rail

Pets Follow Your Character Around

Pets are small companions that can be equipped to follow your character in the overworld. Currently, they only serve a cosmetic purpose, but there's a possibility that future pets that'll be released will have other uses.

Topaz's trotter, Numby, functions like a pet but can also point out the locations of chests in an area. Although Numby is technically a part of Topaz's Technique instead of a standard pet, there's a chance that pets might have additional uses like this in the future!

How to Equip a Pet in Honkai: Star Rail

Open the Pet Tab in the Inventory

You can see the Pets that you own by clicking on the round bell icon in your Inventory. After selecting the Pet you want to equip, click on the Summon button at the bottom right of the screen to bring it out!
