See You at the End is good for Hunt characters that use crit stats and use their Skill and Follow-Up Attacks for DMG. This Light Cone is flexible and can be used by any character as long as it benefits from the boosts it gives.
Should You Get It?
See You at the End's boost to Skill and Follow-Up ATK DMG can be used by characters who mainly rely on these to deal DMG. This makes it versatile and can be nice to have if you want other Light Cone options.
If the character relies mainly on their Ultimate to deal DMG then other Hunt Light Cones would fit better.
