Dr. Ratio will benefit from using Worrisome, Blissful since he needs the CRIT Rate and follow-up attack DMG buff. He can also apply the Tame state to enemies and since it is a debuff, his follow-up attack may proc.
Is Worrisome, Blissful Worth It?
Great For Topaz
Worrisome, Blissful increases CRIT Rate and follow-up attack DMG. It also applies the Tame debuff on a target when the wearer uses a follow-up attack, which is even more DMG. This Light Cone suits Hunt characters with follow-up attacks in their kit.
Topaz's Basic ATKs and Numby are considered follow-up Attacks, so Tame would always be on for targets she attacks. This provides Topaz and her allies additional CRIT DMG, which is great if you want to play Topaz either in a DPS or support role.
Should You Pull?
Worrisome, Blissful is a good choice for a Hunt Light Cone if you want to boost the CRIT Rate of a character. Compared to In the Night however, this Light Cone is niche since it caters to follow-up Attack users, unlike other Light Cones which are more versatile.
Topaz, Yanqing, and Dr Ratio are the only Hunt characters with follow-up attacks, so most of them cannot take full advantage of this Light Cone.
Currently, this Light Cone is only best for Topaz and she has other options like Cruising in the Stellar Sea.
