that's fair. I personally hate change but that a me problem.

Honestly I wouldn't be against character growing in their new forms. This would represent very well the time which passed since the begining of the journey. I don't know for Star Rail but I know that in Genshin, the journey is supposed to have last many years but the characters didn't changed a single bit. I think that the fact SW looks a bit older is what I prefer on this new design. This is a very welcomed attention to details.
