Explanation
Final Victor is a good Light Cone for Hunt characters that have multiple hits on their abilities. This is because of the Good Fortune buff, which can be fully stacked in a single turn as long as the character using the Light Cone lands four CRIT hits with their ability.
Is Final Victor Worth It?
Good F2P Light Cone for Hunt Characters
Final Victor provides a buff called Good Fortune, which boosts the CRIT DMG of the wearer upon landing critical hits. This is great for Hunt characters that have abilities that have high hit counts like Yanqing or Topaz since they can stack it easily.
The ATK boost is nice to have as well. The only downside is that to fully utilize Good Fortune, the character needs to have abilities that have multiple so they can stack the buff. Characters like Dr. Ratio can still use this Light Cone, but not to its full capacity.

Yes, final victor at S5 is better for Topaz than Swordplay. In relic stats, you can go full crit rate, approx. 80-90, since Topaz gets a lot of crit damage from her talent, ult along with addition from the Final victor.
