Honkai: Star Rail 1.4 released on October 11, 2023. Jingliu was featured in Phase 1 along with her matching Light Cone, I Shall Be My Own Sword!
Topaz, alongside Guinaifen, is currently available in her character banner, as well as her Light Cone, Worrisome, Blissful. Seele and the In the Night Light Cone will rerun in Phase 2!
Phase 2 is currently available for Honkai: Star Rail, which started on October 27, 2023. This is also when Topaz and Seele's banner will start.
Version 1.4 will end on November 15, 2023, deviating from the usual 6-week schedule to a 5-week schedule!

Old Weapon Testing Ground is one of the two maps in Version 1.4. The map will likely unlock after completing the Future Market Trailblaze Continuance Mission. It seems that the area is also the main venue for the Aetherium Wars event!
