Honkai: Star Rail 1.4 released on October 11, 2023. Jingliu was featured in Phase 1 along with her matching Light Cone, I Shall Be My Own Sword!

Topaz, alongside Guinaifen, is currently available in her character banner, as well as her Light Cone, Worrisome, Blissful. Seele and the In the Night Light Cone will rerun in Phase 2!

Phase 2 Started on October 27, 2023

Phase 2 is currently available for Honkai: Star Rail, which started on October 27, 2023. This is also when Topaz and Seele's banner will start.

Version 1.4 Ends on November 15, 2023

Version 1.4 will end on November 15, 2023, deviating from the usual 6-week schedule to a 5-week schedule!
