From the Pillars of Creation: Entrance Space Anchor, head up the stairs and the chest should be at the top next to a stack of wooden boxes.
Chest 2 is in the barricaded area right next to the Pillars of Creation: Construction Site Space Anchor. Go past the group of people around a bonfire and the chest should be a near a tent and a pile of steel bars.
From the Pillars of Creation: Construction Site Space Anchor, go forward then turn right to reach the area by the bridge that's blocked off by Silvermane Soldiers and Automatons. The chest will be on the side near the Automatons and a trash can.
Also from the Pillars of Creation: Construction Site Space Anchor, head straight until you see two split paths. Take the one on the right then turn right at the top. Chest 4 will be at the edge of the path next to the large rusted sign.
At the two split paths again, take the left path instead and head towards the group of people at the table on the right side of the area. The last chest will be at the far end next to a machine with a lamp on top of it.
To unlock Pillars of Creation, you must complete the Future Market Trailblaze Continuance Mission Series! You unlock this map specifically during the third quest in the series, Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream.
