How to Beat Senior Staff - Team Leader
To defeat the Senior Staff - Team Leader, you need to bring a party mostly consisting of Fire and Ice. The main reason is the need to easily break the boss' shield when it casts an ability called 720-Degree Review.
720-Degree Review is an ability that collects Performance points, which is a buff that stacks and increases the Team Leader's DMG. Destroying his shield before his turn allows you to prevent him from increasing his damage.
It's recommended that one of your main DPS is the one who breaks the boss' shield since they will gain the Performance points buff, boosting their attack and allowing you to dish out huge damage against your enemies.
