Read the Letter From Jingliu

To start the Companion Mission, teleport to the Parlor Car and then proceed to the table in front of the Phonograph. Finally, interact with the letter on top of the table. You'll then receive an item called A Letter of Unknown Origin.

Show the Letter to Pom-Pom

After picking up the letter, show it to Pom-Pom and ask them about it. Pom-Pom will then suggest giving the letter to Dan Heng. To find Dan Heng, simply follow the quest marker shown in-game.

Start the Exploratory Excursion

To proceed with the Companion Mission, you'll need to start an Exploratory Excursion where Jingliu is a required trial character.

Listed above are all the enemies that can be encountered during the Companion Mission. We recommend bringing characters whose elements are Ice, Wind, and Fire in order to easily defeat them!

Head to The Seat of Divine Foresight

As soon as you start the Exploratory Excursion, you'll then be teleported to the Seat of Divine Foresight. Approach the quest marker to trigger several cutscenes.

Visit the Stargazer Navalia

After the cutscenes end, you'll then be teleported to the Stargazer Navalia. Your first task after being teleported is to activate the starskiff manufacturing line. Simply follow the quest marker in-game and try to avoid the enemies scattered around the map.

Commemorate Baiheng

When you activate the starskiff manufacturing line, the starskiff will now take shape and enter the skyport. Proceed to the starskiff's location and then interact with it in order to conduct the Foxian soul-soothing Ceremony for Baiheng.

Defeat Enemies in the Artisanship Commission

The next destination is the Artisanship Commission and the next objective is to defeat the enemies marked in-game. Use Jingliu's Technique in order to freeze the enemies as soon as the battle starts!

Talk to Bailu in the Alchemy Commission

After defeating a bunch of enemies in the Artisanship Commission, you'll then be teleported to the Alchemy Commission where Bailu is located. Talk to Bailu for Jingliu to have her consultation.

Retrieve the Medicine Box

After talking to Bailu she'll then ask you to retrieve the medicine box stolen by a Golden Hound. Follow the Golden Hound until it stops beside a Malefic Ape. Defeat the enemies in order to continue the mission.

Reunion at the Scalegorge Waterscape

The last destination of Jingliu's Companion Mission is the Scalegorge Waterscape where the High-Cloud Quintet will have their reunion. This part of the mission will trigger several cutscenes and you're also tasked to talk to the members of the High-Cloud Quintet within the area. The mission ends after bidding farewell to the characters present during the reunion.

Read Luocha's Note

After the Companion Mission ends, a note written by Luocha can be found in the Astral Express. Reading it will give you one Five-Grain Jade Elixir.

Luocha Will Not Visit the Astral Express

According to HoYoverse, after completing Clouds Leave No Trace, some characters who have obtained Visitor Verification may not visit the Express and send Messages temporarily. The purpose of the note is for Luocha to bid farewell to you, so it can be assumed that Luocha will not show up in the Parlor Car momentarily.

As already revealed during Topclouded Towerthrust. Dan Heng was previously known as the Imbibitor Lunae. He was also known as the Vidyadhara High Elder of The Xianzhou Luofu.

Yingxing is a short-life species member of the High-Cloud Quintet, later reborn as Blade. He was responsible for using the flesh of the Abundance Emanator to aid Imbibitor Lunae in resurrecting their deceased companion, Baiheng.

Jing Yuan is Jingliu's former student and is currently the Cloud Knight general who commands the Xianzhou Luofu. He is also Yanqing's mentor.
