he is, he has a sustain in the form of heal, just no numbers yet, atleast he has some form of heal (which should be enough for 0 cycle since with his providing insane debuffs acheron can beat the enemies before they do a lot of attacks, and in SU knowing what the good paths are the best way to clear it easily, theres even 1 character clear on gng (hardest) SU expansion

Y’all gotta realize that they’ll never make a character other than preservation/abundance solo sustain lol. And if they do it’s gonna be with eidolons. Like I said it seems he’s designed for those who invest in 0 cycle which is not the majority. Her best team, for casuals, will be with pela/jiaoqui/Aventurine regardless cause he can, with his lightcone push her to have 3 ults maybe even jiaoqui will help make that possible.

Got Aventurine, he's good, not like game changing since most of his usefulness isn't noticeable rn (but will get there in future updates), still a solid 9/10

Acheron's best team in the future will be jiaoqui, sparkle, and pela for aoe or sw for st. Aventurine ain't even gonna be part of the team the clear time will be a night and day difference.

And even then, jiaoqui is gonna be a better sustainer for acheron since, she can one shot any elite anyway to avoid damage, the sustain jiaoqui provides, even if small should be enough. So pulling aventurine especially e0s0 just for acheron is stupid, and a waste of pulls if ur looking faster clear time

He’s also better for sustaining longer fights with enemies who attack more often.

Well it’s not the only thing, FUA synergy, broken duo with Robin, debuffs for ratio/achreon and with a teamwide buffer can help with dmg, next few characters except firefly also have him as their BiS and on top of all that best for SU expansion. Yeah I don’t see how that’s mid at all. Seems to me like you’re just butthurt lol.

I never see a difference in cycle clear when I switch her up with loucha. Not that many people care anyway since they’re casuals. The only reason people are considering Aventurine the best is cause of versatility and comfort which is big thing for many

Like I used my gepard and tried to swtich to my midventurine (yes I pulled him and regretted) and the clear time is basically the same, nothing changed other than comfy, which is whatever, since if u need a comfy sustain to clear u have skill issue.

He’ll only keep getting better and better too as they release more and more FUA dps teamwide buffers.

Midventurine mains classic, provides poop damage, with mediocre effect res to compensate for lack of cleanse, now compare that to huohuo who gives 40% attk, infinite cleanse, and 20 energy to all, yeah, not even close. Kinda sad that people would waste their jades on him tbh
