Jingliu hits like a wet noodle, even if the entire game was weak to ice she would hit like a wet noodle her multipliers are just so low, she was good back in the day because of the free 50% crit rate, was n00b bait.

News flash for you my broski, it is the truth, Acheron already starting to fall off, I think it is over for her with what's coming up next patches, and also another news flash, best Jingliu team is only comparable to Firefly team without RM, and that's an E0S1 Jingliu with E0S1 Bronya, E0S0 Ruan Mei and Huohuo, and it can barely do same dps as a Firefly E0S0 Harmony MC on just E3 and Pela E0 with Gallagher.

I mean if Yunli is S and Jingliu is SS makes the whole list irrelevant because everyone knows Yunli is so much better, not only for MoC but for PF and for AS, they should change those rankings between them, it is bad, very, very bad.
