Acheron can already 0 cycle any moc even before Jiaoqiu release, at best he is a sidegrade for PF, yes side grade since dotcheron is still better in PF, he is a garbage/bait pull, whereas feixiao is 10x way better of a pull than he is, here is a quick summary of his pull value, basically a trash pull. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkamC1a_dSg
With Jiaoqiu now released, Acheron is back to top DPS and defeated Midfly.
Game8 definitely has a brainrot with Jingliu because no way is she better at AOE than Firefly and IL. Unless they bring back those ice weaknesses, she's pretty much useless.
Jiaoqiu ended up weak as hell, another L for Acheron, easy skip.
Yeah Jingliu is pretty much dead nowadays, she literally did the exact same life time as Ganyu on Genshin, she released broken as all hell and now she's super bad in every content.
JL isn't better than Boothill, she's not even close with IL considering of how bad she got powercreep
