she is better than ruan mei time for them to demote ruan
Just an upgrade or side grade of Ruan Mei basically so you have more flexibility. Damage is also better of course but other than that there isnt much there

?? I am saying you should be smart with your pulls, do research about leaks know which character works with your chosen DPS, and check what's the correct vertical investment path, stop acting like it's easy, it takes skill to know all these stuff
