Tbh i don't think Feixiao deserve to be SS+ at all, she's single target and her dmg is nowhere near enough to clear content endgame if she isn't super invested in.

Just an upgrade or side grade of Ruan Mei basically so you have more flexibility. Damage is also better of course but other than that there isnt much there
