even if ur not clearing waves quickly it is an undeniable fact dhpt is better, it doesnt take a genius to understand, hyacine provides no buff whatsoever, compared to dhpt giving attack buff and 4 pc relic buff. Hyacine doesnt provide any meaningful buffs, other than sub dps, and guess what her sub dps is trash outside of remembrance teams anyways. Her lc is the only thing thats giving feixiao a buff but thats her lc not hers whereas dhpt even with no lc is providing way better buffs.

I gave the example assuming you're not clearing the wave quickly, and you need guarantees that your team won't be wiped. If we were talking about zero cycles, I wouldn't use Sustain for DPS attacks, but would use Harmony
You claimed hyacine and dhpt are on par for feixiao specifically, so I provided a 0 cycle which is indeed irrelevant but its just to prove that they are NOT onpar for feixiao, dhpt is without a doubt way better. Hyacine is specifically only for hp scalers, and a sidegrade to dhpt in attack teams like feixiao, or any othe other attack scaling dps.

no one uses hyacine on fua teams like feixiao, tf you mean its no worst than dan, its way worst, literally no 0 cycles with feixiao with hyacine as a sustain whereas feixiao with dan can 0 cycle both reaver and ichor in moc.
DHPT is spent on one of two teams. If you weren't focusing on HP DPS, obviously, Hyacin can be used by anyone; more HP + AoE debuff cleansing. In FuA teams, it's no worse than Dan

For those who need health depletion, this is definitely an op. Outside of these teams, she's comfortable even with Hertha's cone. Hyacine is fortunately versatile
look at me im f2p the only character i pulled in the entire 3.x is cas, hyacine, e9, and cyrene and I managed to get eidolons on them so e2s1 cas, e2s1 hyacine, e2s1 e9, e2 cyrene with f2p lc, so yeah if you managed your pulls right and not just pull on random banners, you can easily get characters with eidolons and sig
reminder hyacine lc is a 40% total team dmg increase in a blade/cas team, yeah 40% surely doesnt seem alot
just because you need eidolons doesnt mean paywall, dont be greedy, there are a lot of people who are f2p with eidolons all you need is not be greedy and stupid and save, dont be like "wow new character, I pull whatever". Plan your pulls and save, just go look at phainonmains on reddit, im confident 90% of the people there have him e2. So no, just because you see e2 doesnt mean paywall, its just a matter of saving.
Sustain doesn't require eidolons or cones; they're perfectly designed on the e0
lightcones can be used by others. e1 and higher, no matter the role, should be bonus! not needed! robin, tribbie and ruan mei, at e0, are all plug in/plug out AND are getting better with eidolons, with GREAT e1/e2. to make cyrene universal like this three, e2 IS A MUST AND NOT A BONUS. people like you are are problem, because you defend paywalling universal usefullness. what's next? a dps who needs e4 to ult?
every support needs eidolon or sig to be competitive, look at sunday sig, e1 tribbie, e1 robin, just cuz ur broke to afford e2 cyrene its ok, just chill, and suffer.
