How many times do we have to remind you that, luocha while not being a good pull, doesnt necesarily make him weak or anything, he does his job well that's it.

>>3849 the thing is that Gallagher relies too much on being his turn to heal, you have one emergency heal with ult but on the long run he can't keep up with 5* sustains, Luocha included. For speedruns and easy fights sure he's good but in MoC you would prefer someone else
