    You can get the last in on the Evanuris Island it’s along the beach in past the second beach area. It’s up on a ledge that’s covered part of a wrecked building.

    Very unhappy that you give incorrect information for this item - check your information before you publish it. It is NOT available for sale at Isabela's shop for 450 gp. She sells the Thrumming Rock for 375 gp which looks like the Glacial Talus but nowhere near as good. I got the Glacial Talus to purple quality and could not find the last upgrade anywhere then stopped looking for it in chests because of your flawed guide. Turns out it is somewhere in Blackthorne Manor and I'm well past that.
