3rd Floor of The Spire of Insight in Demeniss

Gold Bar Recipe Location

The Gold Bar recipe can be obtained on the third floor of the Spire of Insight. To reach this floor, you’ll need to solve the puzzles on the first two floors. The alchemy recipe is located on the floor above the one with the pen tip and telescope puzzle.

Located in the Witch's Hideout in Pailune

Witch
Head to the Witch's Hideout located southwest of the City of Pailune. Be careful, as Black Bear enemies patrol the road.

The City of Pailune will be liberated during the main story in Chapter 7.

Stairs Leading to the Witch
Find the stairs at the base of Silver Wolf Mountain that lead to the Witch’s Hideout, and enter through them.

Upon entering the hideout, locate the small bookshelf to your right to find the Gold Bar recipe. There is also a recipe for making Fruit Tea on the table in front of it.

Gold bars can be crafted through witches across Pywel. There are two recipes for crafting them, but the most efficient uses Brimstones, Mercury, and Silver Ore, as these materials are easier to obtain.

Visit a witch and select Craft Abyss Gear. Locate the gold bar recipe and choose the required ingredients to craft it.

Alternatively, 100 pieces of Gold Ore can be transmuted into Gold Bars via blacksmiths. Interact with a blacksmith and select Crafting, then navigate to the Special Items tab to find the Gold Bar recipe.
