When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Young Robin (F) are +Spd and -Res. Boosting Spd with the aid of a superboon helps Robin create follow-up attacks against her foes and avoid follow-up attacks from the fast metagame foes, especially with the Null Follow-Up effect granted by her Inf. Null Follow 4.
Robin's Res is quite bad at only base 22, making her vulnerable to magic damage. Taking Res as a bane is the best option.
We recommend +Spd when merging Young Robin (F) up to +10 to ensure she maintains her Spd advantage against her foes.

Young Robin (F)'s base kit already functions well as a dual support and offensive unit. She does need additional offense in order to reliably deal damage against sturdy metagame units, hence why we opt for an offensive Sacred Seal.

Young Robin (F) is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Young Robin (F)'s Draconic Pacts is a loaded weapon with multiple different effects.
Whenever Robin uses or is the target of a Rally or movement assist, Draconic Pacts grants Special cooldown count -1 to Robin and inflicts 【Hush Spectrum】 on all foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on Robin.
【Hush Spectrum】 is a new status effect that inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 on the affected unit and also inflicts them with a Scowl effect, de-pulsing their Specials before their first attack in combat. It also grants Special cooldown count -1 to their foe if the affected unit has an accelerated Special trigger and their foe has an offensive Special skill equipped.
Whenever Robin uses or is the target of a Rally or movement assist after Robin has already acted this turn, Draconic Pacts grants Robin an extra action (once per turn).
If Robin initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, Draconic Pacts grants stat bonuses to Robin (minimum of Atk/Spd/Def/Res+8), reduces damage from her foe's first attack by 30%, and neutralizes effects that slow down Robin's Special cooldown charges.
Young Robin (F)'s exclusive A skill Fell Wyrmscale grants 7 HP post-combat healing, Atk/Spd/Def/Res+8 to Robin during combat, neutralizes her foe's stat bonuses, grants bonus damage to Robin's attacks equal to 15% of her Atk during combat, and if her Special triggers, neutralizes her foe's non-Special damage reduction effects.
This skill isn't too overwhelming, but it grants multiple effects that all impact Robin's combat prowess. Added up, this skill allows Robin to perform well in combat by overwhelming her foes in different effects.
Young Robin (F)'s Duo Skill grants 【Rally Spectrum】 and 【Dual Strike】 to herself and all allies within 7 rows and 7 columns centered on Robin.
The area effect of this Duo Skill is massive and allows Robin to buff up her allies from far distances.
Young Robin's low Res stat of only base 22 allows enemies an opportunity to deal with her quickly by using magic damage units.
Keep her away from foes that deal magic damage in order to ensure her survival in combat.

How can Robin "use... a Rally or movement assist after Robin has already acted this turn?" That confuses me. Is it only after they would already get another action from dance? Once the act, their turn is over, so how can they use rally or a movement skill after their turn is used? I understand it works if they're the target, but I'm not referring to that part.
