The best IVs for Ninja Céline are +Spd and -Def. Ninja Céline's Res stat is already quite high and sufficient as a magic wall. We recommend a Spd boon to boost her already high Spd up further and prevent follow-up attacks from the fastest metagame foes.

Ninja Céline's Def is a clear dump stat at only base 16 and can be safely taken as a bane as it won't affect any of her matchups.
