As a hero obtainable only through Tempest Trials, Summer Fiora will always have neutral IVs by default. The only way to access IVs for this unit is through using Trait Fruits.

+Spd/-Res

The best IVs for Summer Fiora are +Spd and -Res. A higher Spd stat allows Summer Fiora to get a ton of follow-up attacks on her foes. It also protects her from hostile follow-up attacks. Her Res is of less importance and thus safe to be taken as a bane.

+Spd for a +10 Merge

We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Summer Fiora to 10. This is for the same reasons as above. With this IV, she can reach 44 Spd which is at a range wherein she can score lots of follow-up attacks if she has ample support from allies.

How to Use, Explanation

This build uses the recoil from Fury 4 to activate Desperation and allow consecutive attacks for future engagements. Make sure to keep the unit alive after the first combat since they will be in exploitable HP ranges! Brazen Atk/Spd 3 will also be easily accessible thanks to this mechanic.

Summer Fiora is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Summer Fiora Strengths

Buffed when enemies have penalties

Petal Parasol grants +5 Atk/Spd to Summer Fiora if a penalty is active on foe. She can rely on allies to put these penalties on her enemies, or she can go for a second attack through a dancer as he native Atk Smoke 3 would have been activated by then. Together with a dancer, she can easily take out multiple foes in a phase using this skill.

Reposition Allies and Buff Them Simultaneously!

Spd/Res Link 3 buffs Summer Fiora and any ally who uses a movement-assist skill or receives one from Fiora by +6 Spd/Res. Since Summer Fiora has access to Swap, she can make use of this skill to reposition an ally while providing them with buffs.
