What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Weapon skill grants 【Triangle Attack】 and 【Canto (1)】 to unit and nearby allies at start of turn, grants bonus stats, 50% damage reduction piercing, true damage reduction on foe's first attack, and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack to unit during combat. |
Might: 16 Range: 1 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants 【Triangle Attack】 and 【Canto (1)】 to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn. If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res = 5 + number of times Dragonflowers have been used on unit x 2 (max 15), reduces the percentage of foe's non-Special "reduce damage by X%" skills by 50% (excluding area-of-effect Specials), reduces damage from foe's first attack by 7 ("first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes), and grants Special cooldown charge +1 to unit per attack during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack). |
Cooldown Count = 3 Boosts damage dealt by 50% of unit’s Res. |
Inflicts Atk/Spd-4 on foe during combat. If unit's Spd + Res ≥ foe's Spd + Res - 10 (excluding effects from 【Phantom】), unit deals +X damage (excluding when dealing damage with an area-of-effect Special) and reduces damage from foe's first attack by X during combat (X - unit's Res at start of combat - 30; min 0, max 10; "first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes), unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack, foe cannot make a follow-up attack, and increases the Spd difference necessary for foe to make a follow-up attack by 20 during combat (Spd must be ≥ 25 to make a follow-up attack; stacks with similar skills). |
At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6, 【Charge】, and the following status to unit and flying allies within 2 spaces for 1 turn: "unit can move to a space adjacent to any ally within 2 spaces." |
Stat | Superboon/Superbane | IV Recommendation |
---|---|---|
HP (17) | ★★★☆☆ | |
Atk (10) | ★★★★☆ | |
Spd (8) | ★★★★★ | |
Def (5) | ★★☆☆☆ | |
Res (15) | ★★★★☆ |
◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws
See the IV Checker for All Units | Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs |
When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Ice Tribe Thea are +Spd and -HP. Thea's Spd is a superboon and is raised to base 51, making her one of the fastest units in the entire game. She can utilize her high Spd stat to create follow-up attacks and prevent her foe's follow-up attacks.
+Atk is also a great boon as the boost is applied twice through Ice Tribe Thea's 【Triangle Attack】 effect.
Ice Tribe's Thea's defensive stats are all quite important for her combat performance. We recommend taking HP as a bane as it is the easiest stat to patch up through blessing bonuses.
We recommend +Spd when merging Ice Tribe Thea up to +10 to ensure she outspeeds her foes.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Ice Tribe Thea is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Ilian Frost Blade takes a page out of Bridal Catria's playbook and improves upon it by granting both 【Triangle Attack】 and 【Canto (1)】 to herself and nearby allies at the start of each turn, granting them brave attacks and additional mobility at once.
Bridal Catria is a metagame staple, and Ice Tribe Thea powercreeps her by providing additional effects on top of 【Triangle Attack】 while also having a usable Res stat.
In combat, Ilian Frost Blade grants Ice Tribe Thea bonus stats equal to 5 plus 2x the number of times Dragonflowers have been used on Thea (up to a total of Atk/Spd/Def/Res+15), 50% damage reduction piercing, 7 true damage reduction on foe's first attack, and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack during combat.
Ilian Frost Blade is a fantastic weapon, buffing up the entire team while also being significant offensively, allowing Ice Tribe Thea to burst down her foes.
As a flying unit, Ice Tribe Thea takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
