When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
As a hero obtainable only through Tempest Trials, Ninja Haar will always have neutral IVs by default. The only way to access IVs for this unit is through using Trait Fruits.
The best IVs for Ninja Haar are +Atk and -Spd. As a high Atk unit with a brave weapon, boosting Atk improves performance heavily, allowing for easy one round knockouts.
His other stats aren't too important, but +Def can be used if opting for a physical tank build.
We recommend +Atk when boosting Ninja Haar to +10 for similar reasons above.

Ninja Haar's base kit is good for budget purposes. The B skill is difficult to determine with the lack of good options for ranged fliers; we opted for Vantage instead to potentially checkmate enemies with his brave weapon.

Ninja Haar is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he/she deals will be equivalent to his/her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Ninja Haar's inheritable Wyvern Katana+ attacks twice on both phases and grants Def/Res+5 in return for Spd-8. The Spd penalty may prevent quad attacking, but it is mitigated by the guaranteed double attack.
Ninja Haar has base 44 HP and base 44 Def (49 with Wyvern Katana+), making him capable of tanking multiple physical attacks.
With Wyvern Katana+ able to attack twice on both phases, Ninja Haar can function as a sturdy physical wall to protect your team.
Ninja Haar lacks any unique skills to call his own, making him unable to stand out among other sword fliers in the game.
This makes him replaceable by other units, as all his skills can be inherited to them. He'll be defined by his stat spread compared to similar units.
Like every new Ninja unit Ninja Haar's Spd is atrocious, sitting at base 24, and lowered to 16 when equipping his Wyvern Katana+.
If Ninja Haar cannot defeat his foe after two attacks, he will be attacked twice in return. He may be able to survive non-bow physical attacks with his high Def, but he should be defeated after taking two magical attacks.
As a flying unit, Ninja Haar takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
