To combine modules, simply talk to Silion in Albion. You can find him on the left side of Albion, between the Research Institute and the Training Laboratory.
Select Combine Modules to start combining. From there, simply choose any four modules in your inventory and press Combine to get the new module.
Keep in mind that you also need gold to combine modules, so make sure you have enough before proceeding!
Rarity plays a significant role in combining modules. Basically, the higher the rarity of the modules you combine, the better the chances of resulting in a module of the same rarity or higher.
Like in the example above, you can combine two Transcendent Modules and two Ultimate Modules to get a new Transcendent Module.
Modules Guide: List of All Mods
To see all the modules you have in each rarity, you can use the filter above to check. This allows you to see if you have enough modules to combine in a certain rarity you want.
The Combine Modules feature can only be unlocked upon reaching Mastery Level 9. To reach this level faster, you can raise your XP by playing through the main missions and participating in Special Operation missions.
Only combine modules of Rare to Transcendent rarity to preserve their value. These modules are rare for a reason, so if you want to reroll and get another module of the same or higher rarity, choose to combine modules of higher rarity instead.
For normal modules, it's best to dismantle them instead. Dismantling modules reward you with Kuiper Shards, which you can use to enhance modules.
To dismantle modules, simply talk to Silion again and choose Dismantle Modules instead.
