Splendor: After reloading, grants the unique ability Solar Halo. On hitting an enemy while Solar Halo is active, inflict Lunar Halo on the target enemy with a set chance.

This weapon has the highest DPS among all scout rifles and features a unique effect that reduces recoil for a second after every reload. Shooting an enemy after a reload will also weaken their healing. This makes the weapon easy to use since you won't have to worry about when the effect triggers; you can simply fire and reload, and the effect will trigger automatically.
