Jump Over the Laser Beams Using the Grappling Hook

The First Descendant - Use Grappling Hook to Jump Over Laser Beams

One of the first obstacles that you'll encounter early on in the Asylum are two sets of laser walls blocking your way. Use the grappling hook and attach it to the rock above to jump over them.

Occupy and Secure Two Analysis Sites

The First Descendant - Occupy the Sites at the Asylum

Upon reaching a statue with spears, occupy and secure the area by staying inside the circle until the occupation process ends. There will be another site that you will need to capture next to the statue, so head over there after you finish securing the first one.

Defeat Tistruin the Punisher

The First Descendant - Defeat Tistruin the Punisher

At the Asylum's archives, you will need to defeat Tistruin the Punisher. He'll be equipped with a rifle that fires electric orbs and can completely drain your shields if you get struck with one. Luckily the projectiles are a bit slow, so you can easily dodge them.

Retrieve the Ancestors' Data

The First Descendant - Retrieve the Ancestors

Once Tistruin is defeated, interact with the terminal in the middle of the room to obtain the Ancestors' data and complete the mission.

Defeat All Enemies Connected by a White Line to Remove Invincibility

The First Descendant - Tistruin White Lines

When Tistruin summons several of his minions that are linked to him via white lines, he will be immune to all forms of damage. You can remove his invincibility state by killing all enemies that are connected to him.

Evade the Electric Orbs

The First Descendant - Tistruin Electric Orbs

Tistruin's main attack is shooting out electric orbs from his gun. These orbs can track you down automatically but are completely slow and you can easily avoid getting hit by them by simply dodge rolling away.
