Travel to Scorching Sandpaper East, an area filled with Boos to the east of Scorching Sandpaper Minor. Find the building with a small inscription of a wave on the front. You will find an empty fireplace inside. |

| 1 | Go back to the tower and place the Square Jewel in the eye slot. Use the Fire Vellumental Magic Circle to light the oil aflame and cause the tower to turn. |
