To get the Gold Heart Plus, you need to fetch the Snifit on the east side of Bowser's Castle first. From the Shangri-Spa fountain, go north and up the stairs. Then, follow the small path to east to find the small platform that will lead you to the Snifit with a bag of accessories. Go back to the Shangri-Spa fountain, and you'll find the booth on the east side near the bridge.
