    What about the fish, that goes by "Monster"? Koopa Trooppa at the Overlook fishing spot talks about it, but nothing happens with him even after catching the lwgendary duo....

    If you fish at the Full Moon Island spot you will find the legendary Cheap Cheap and Blooper... In the description when caught it’ll say Ruler of the Great Sea for both and both will be 400cm in size... Also the purpose of the prints is for you to see the biggest cheap cheap and blooper you have caught and they will be able to be viewed at the museum.
