For collectible #80, there should really be something saying the locations of the toad statues, how many there are in total and how to get them... There are 10 statues to find on each of the islands, the one that will give you the most trouble is the one on Scuffle Island as you need to complete the boss challenge to get it to appear... Once you check all the statues it will give you the collectible at the last statue you find

There's a missing treasure dive spot in the lower right quarter of D5. I think it's just coins, but it's definitely one that's on my map.
