Based on her skillset, she needs damage amplification and speed to maximize her burst before she gets defeated. She needs an ATK rune to boost the raw attack power of her skills and a SPD rune to ensure that she acts quicker to remove buffs and silence enemies before they move.

As for her Defensive runes, she needs HP Rune and DEF runes (P. DEF and M.DEF) to improve her survivability as she self-damages.

In this team, Lillicotte is recommended to work as a debuffer that strips buffs and silences the enemy along with Morgana's debuffs. This can lock the enemies from doing anything on the first part of the battle.

Lillicotte's passive then may feed Lucille and Artoria huge ATK/DEF boosts making them inflict great damage. Liebe heals her team to keep them stable. Once the enemy loses buffs and sustain, they collapse under overwhelming DPS.

Use Her as a Disruptor

Lillicotte's Ribbon Tied With Resolve and Parasol of Vested Wishes remove buffs from enemies. Her Unique Weapon increases the number of buffs dispelled if Crimson Soul Allies are present. She can be good to use when countering teams that stack shields, attack boosts, or regen buffs.

Support Buffer

Her passive skill, Brooch Full of Prayers, boosts ATK and DEF for herself and the strongest ally whenever she dispels buff, especially if this ally is a Crimson Soul.

In PvP, she may double as a support by empowering the main DPS while still dealing damage. In PvE, she adds survivability and damage boosts to the team, especially in Crimson Soul-heavy comps.

Self-Sacrificing Attacker / Burst DPS

Lillicotte's active skill, Ribbon Tied With Resolve, and her passive, Pocket Watch of Memory, offers multi-hit attacks with scaling based on certain conditions.

In PvP, she can potentially delete squishy units quickly if she survives long enough. In PvE, she's a damage spike option. Her self-damage means she burns down fast, but if paired with a support (healer or shield), she can sustain long enough to output massive damage.
