Vine Burst is a multi-hit damage skill that scales significantly with [Growth Factor] stacks, making Meria a strong damage dealer. Meanwhile, Botanical Eruption is an AoE damage skill that increases attack damage but enhances the attack when an ally has [Increased Chance to Hit] buff.

Level 3 (Unlocks at LR rarity)
Strengthens Botanical Eruption. The physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 250% of her ATK. The increase in damage for each stack of ［Growth Factor］ that she is enhanced with becomes equal to 50% of her ATK (750% of her ATK max).

Auxin X skill boosts Meria's speed and accuracy, enhancing her overall effectiveness in battle. The delayed activation of the hit chance (start of the 5th turn) can be a drawback, but it is helpful for longer fights. If you get her Unique Weapon at level 2, it increases all allies SPD by 10% if 3 or more allies of the same soul type are alive.

Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121)
The max number of layers of ［Multi-Barrier］ becomes 4.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201)
Additionally, if Meria is already enhanced with 4 layers of the ［Multi-Barrier］ granted by this skill, and it grants a new layer to her, the target who is granted the layer of ［Multi-Barrier］ becomes the ally with the highest ATK other than Meria.

Seed of Ancient Ruin grants Meria a layer of [Multi-Barrier] when she attacks and doesn't defeat the target. Each layer nullifies damage equal to 10% or more of her max HP (max 3 layers), which can increase to 4 layers. At level 3, the [Multi-Barrier] will go to the ally with the highest ATK if Meria already has 4 layers.

Prioritize ATK and SPD Runes

Boosting Meria's ATK is crucial to maximize the damage output of her skills, especially Vine Burst and Botanical Eruption. Pairing that up with SPD runes ensures she can move quickly, giving her an edge in both PvP and PvE battles where turn order can be decisive.

Aside from that, give her HP and STA runes to increase her durability, which helps her survive longer in extended battles, especially when facing formidable enemies. You can also equip her with P.DEF and M.DEF Runes to improve her survivability, allowing her to withstand more attacks and stay in the fight longer. Since she is also a buffer, staying alive longer to buff her allies would be best.
